There is no refund payable after the event. Any cancellation must be made under the cancellation policy before the event.

Cancellation policy

Events and webinars

Refunds for event registrations shall be paid as follows, less any bank transaction fees incurred by Great Southern Press during the refund process:

• Over three months before the event – full refund
• Between three months and one month to the event – 85 per cent refund
• Between four weeks and two weeks before the event – 50 per cent refund
• Within two weeks of the event – no refund is payable for cancellation .

Substitutions of registrations can be made at no cost at any time, as long as they are provided in writing to Great Southern Press.

Refunds for event exhibition fees or sponsorship fees shall be paid as follows, less any bank transaction fees incurred by Great Southern Press during the refund process:

• Over six months before the event – full refund
• Between six months and three months before the event – full refund less AUD$300 levy
• Between three months to one month before the event – 50 per cent refund
• Within one month of the event – no refund is payable for a cancellation.
